Santa Barbara ocean front for sale has inticed hedge fund billionaire Kovner to up the ante by acquiring surrounding beach properties adjacent to his new $35 million estate
 
In a move to secure the beach parcels around his $35 million Tuscan villa beach estate hedge fund billionaire Bruce Kovner is reported to have increased his Santa Barbara Area beach front estate by purchasing 7 acres next door from neighbor Kevin Kostner for $25 million, and 2 other parcels for $34 million and $15 million respectively, for a total beach front estate acquisition cost of $109 million. We believe this to be yet another record purchase price point for beach front Santa Barbara area real estate total acquisition cost in the prestigeous area of the Padaro Lane beach front, just south of Santa Barbara CA. Kovner now owns multiple legal parcels but sources say he plans to treat the assembled land as one large ocean front estate estate. This is an adjunct to the purchase reported earlier on this thread for $60 million.
